The testing of the correlation coefficient (R) reveals a close relationship between leadership and conflict against work stress. Meanwhile, the testing of the coefficient of determination produces an adjusted R Square (R²) value of 16.7%, which means that 16.7% of work stress can be explained by leadership and conflict, while 83.3% is influenced by other variables that are not examined in this research.
