The results of the correlation test show that there is a positive influence between organizational culture on employee morale at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II Tanjung Morawa.

From the calculation of the determinant coefficient, it was found that the influence of organizational culture on employee morale reached 46.24%. This indicates that almost half of the employee morale can be explained by the organizational culture in the company. Meanwhile, the remaining 53.76% is influenced by other factors that are not examined in this study, such as leadership, communication between marriages, and working conditions.
