Based on the findings above, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the neck circumference and triglyceride levels in students of the Faculty of Medicine, University of North Sumatra, with the value of P <0.05. This study shows the importance of measurement of neck circumference as an indicator of health risk related to blood fat levels, as well as supporting the understanding that obesity can contribute to metabolic health problems such as hypertriglyceridemia.
