This study aims to analyze the effect of K3 and training on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Kotapinang, both individually and simultaneously. The study uses a quantitative approach with an association method, collecting data from 30 respondents using saturated sampling techniques. Primary data is obtained through the distribution of direct questionnaires, while secondary data are collected through literature studies. Some analysis methods are used, including validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis tests.

In addition, training also has a significant positive impact on performance, with a T-count value of 3.635 which is greater than T-table and a significance value of 0.001. This shows that effective training can improve employee capabilities and performance directly.

The Shared Influence of K3 and Training on Employee Performance

When tested simultaneously, K3 and training showed a shared influence on employee performance of 55.4%, while the remaining 44.6% was influenced by other factors outside the variables studied. This finding confirms that to improve employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Kotapinang, companies need to pay attention to K3 aspects and provide relevant and quality training.
