Specifically, the vernalization treatment of Cilembu sweet potato plants was found to have a positive effect on several vegetative characters of plants, such as primordia shoots, number of shoots, bud length, shoot diameter, and shoot color. However, this treatment did not show a significant effect on the length of the segment and the weight of the shoots.
