Introduction

However, the financial satisfaction of Qris users in Medan City remains a concern. This study aims to investigate the effect of financial attitudes, financial management behavior, and financial efficacy on financial satisfaction among Qris users in Medan City. The research is associative using quantitative data, and the population in this study are the people of Medan City who use QRIS.

Methodology

A total of 200 respondents were chosen as samples, which came from five districts namely Medan Selayang, Medan Maimun, Medan Amplas, Medan Baru, and Medan Sunggal. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. This study aims to investigate the effect of financial attitudes, financial management behavior, and financial efficacy on financial satisfaction among Qris users in Medan City.

Effect of Financial Attitude on Financial Satisfaction

The results showed that financial attitudes had a positive and significant influence on the financial satisfaction of QRIS users in the city of Medan. This means that the better a person's financial attitude - such as having a positive view of financial management and investing - the higher the level of their financial satisfaction.
