The data analysis techniques used included single table analysis, cross-table analysis, and hypothesis test using the Spearman Correlation Coefficient formula, which was processed with the SPSS application version 22.

Results

The results of this study indicate that the correlation coefficient between the Sir Salon logo and the company's image is 0.506. According to the Guilford scale, this value shows a significant relationship between the Sir Salon logo as the company's identity with the company's image Sir Salon Setiabudi Medan in the eyes of customers. In addition, the determination test shows that the effect of the Sir Salon logo on the company's image reached 25.6%, while the other 74.4% were influenced by other factors.
