The study involved a population of 129 regular members of the USU FISIP Commissariat. To determine the sample size, the Slovin formula was used with a precision rate of 10% and a confidence level of 90%, resulting in a sample size of 56 members. The study employed a descriptive quantitative approach, using a single table and SPSS 15.0 software for data analysis.
