This study aims to identify how these factors interact and have an impact on the level of financial satisfaction of entrepreneurs in the region.

Research Methodology

To achieve this goal, this study uses descriptive analysis methods and multiple linear regression analysis. In this study, the population studied amounted to 245 respondents, and of that number, 135 respondents were chosen as a sample through a stratified proportional sampling technique. Data collection is done using instruments in the form of questionnaires that use Likert scale and through documentation studies. The data obtained is then analyzed to determine the relationship between the variables studied.

Research Result

The results showed that simultaneously, factors such as Financial Stressors, Financial Behavior, Financial Knowledge, and Income have a significant influence on the financial satisfaction of USU Medan Tax UKM entrepreneurs. In more detail, partial analysis revealed that each of these factors also had a positive and significant impact on financial satisfaction.
